We used Derek twice for home inspections. The first time was on a house that was a ‘deal’. After looking over the place, Derek found the termite infested main support beam in the basement, and I walked away from what could’ve been a disaster, breathing a sigh of relief. When our offer was accepted at a place in Bed Stuy, he was our guy. Efficient, punctual, knowledgeable and patient, means that we had a great inspection done, and I would be very happy to recommend him. Hopefully we will be in our home soon! Very pleased.
